Here are the Oscar makeup's that I love.
Elizabeth Olsen. Isn't she pretty with minimal make up?
Emma Stone carried the winged eyeliner beautifully.
Kate Bosworth with a soft coral peachy tone. Warm and simple.
Michelle William's skin is so flawless. The pink lipstick made her look more fresh with the barely there eye make up. Simple and sweet.
Nina Dobrev from The Vampire Diaries. I love the gray smoky eye make up, and the light lipstick.
Vanessa in a light caramel lipstick, and the gold and brown eye make up suits her. Love the long lashes!
Beautiful skin for Katie Holmes. Pretty with her natural make up.
Angelina can wear almost any color. She's so beautiful.

MUD cream foundation
I know it's risky for me to buy a cream foundation because of my oily and acidic skin.
Since reading Julia's post on MUD foundations, I decided to buy one. I got mine in shade YG 1 which has a yellow tone.
My exact shade would be the YG 2, but because I am acidic and make up tends to darken on me, I took one shade lighter.
The picture you see above is freshly applied, taken under fluorescent light.
I apply make up as early as 6am because I have a lot to do with the baby.
Now this is taken in natural morning light.
What I like about MUD cream foundation is the coverage. Beautiful coverage which covers almost 80% of my blemishes. With just one layer, it's good enough. I just apply blotting paper after 2-3 hours because, yeah, I have oily skin. This has no scent at all.
This is one of my favorite foundation for now. And yes, the make up works for hours!
The Make-Up Designory have been perfecting their make up products, and they believe that make up's true purpose is to correct, cover and conceal. Isn't that what we all want in make up? And they have a school too. Here in the Philippines, their make up school sometimes offers discounts, watch out for these great deals. The teachers base their program in US curriculum and it is one of the best schools. Hmm, I'm also interested and I think I'll have to schedule my time for it.

Neutrogena Fine Fairness toner
Neutrogena is one of the most trusted brands when it comes to skincare. The label '#1 dermatologist recommended' have made it one of the most sought and most loved product.
They have various product range that caters to anti aging, acne and whitening - which is the Fine Fairness line.
I am not actually a 'toner' person. I usually just wash my face and moisturize. But I've read that toners plays a good role in the skin care routine - Cleanse, Tone and Moisturize. I was looking for a toner that will help make my acne marks disappear, well, not totally, but at least it will help lessen it.
So, I made my way to Watsons and saw this. It looks like water placed in a container.
I've been using it for three weeks already along with one of their new product (review coming soon). It makes your skin slightly dewy after application, like it's filled with a very thin layer of lotion. What I noticed is that my skin brightened a bit, but those acne marks are still there. I guess I need another one for that.
For those looking for a clearer skin, this is for you.

Best Dressed : Oscar Awards 2012
Too bad I haven't watched the Oscars live.
Anyway, here are my favorite dresses:
Penelope Cruz in Armani Prive & Chopard. It's so effortlessly perfect for her.
Michelle Williams in Louis Vuitton. The color of the dress matches her skin tone really well. She looks pretty and young.
Natalie Portman in vintage Christian Dior couture. Sexy. She looks like a princess.
Sarah Hyland. This Modern Family star is wearing a very nice dress. Lovely design for her age.
Judy Greer wearing a Monique Lhuillier. The dress made her slimmer.
There's so much to feature but I like these first five.

Yosi Samra on my wishlist
I love flats, and they were especially helpful during my pregnancy.
My problem with shoes (except rubber shoes) is I easily get blisters at the back of my heel. I've had a couple of cheap flats, and they retire after 6 months or so because either it has holes already and the water is getting inside or the glue used was not good enough.
So I searched for good quality flats.
And I saw these:
Yosi Samra: Multi Tie Dye collection. I would love to have this.
Burnished Rose. This is cute.So feminine.
Stingray. I am intrigued with the design and with the name. Looks unique.
These Yosi Samra flat shoes are on my wish list. I wish I can have one someday. :)
They have a lot of designs I'm sure you'll love. To view more of their collection, visit HERE and for the Philippine Facebook page click HERE.
